Refunds & Returns
Let’s get this out of the way: everything here is digital. No boxes. No shipping labels. No warehouse full of returns. Once you hit that “buy” button, the product is yours.
File Broken? That’s on me.
If your download is corrupted, won’t open, or the product doesn’t work as described, don’t panic. I’ll make it right.
Just email me at [email protected], and I’ll fix the issue or get you a clean copy, no drama.
This part’s important: if something genuinely isn’t working, I want to know. That’s the only way to improve things for everyone.
Also:
If the product works as promised and you got access to it, you’re not entitled to a refund under most digital goods laws.
That’s not just my rule — it’s how this stuff works worldwide.
No Refunds. No Returns.
That said, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once they’ve been accessed or downloaded — even if:
- You bought it, didn’t use it, then changed your mind
- You “thought it was something else”
- Your cat jumped on the keyboard
- Or yeah, your dog “accidentally downloaded it”
All sales are final. It’s not personal — it’s just how digital products work. Once you have the files, they can’t be un-downloaded.
